Return Eligibility

We offer a 1-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Returns will only be accepted if:

  1. The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  2. You provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue

To initiate a return, email us at advaitum@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video of the sealed-to-opened product

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Refund/replacement will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Items returned without proper approval or beyond the return window will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product was delivered in perfect condition but return was requested for personal reasons (change of mind, etc.)

  • Orders without unboxing video evidence

  • Any request made after the 1-day return period

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, email us with video proof at advaitum@gmail.com
